Liznjan is a place in southeastern Istria, 11 km east of Pula, in the immediate vicinity of Medulin. In addition to Ližnjan, the municipality of Ližnjan also includes Šišan, Jadreški, Valtura and Muntić. The place itself is located on a hill above the sea, above the bay of Kuje.
At the very entrance to Ližnjan, on the Medulin side, we are selling an agricultural plot of 798 m2. The access road is neat and when buying, you also buy a share of the road. The dimensions of the land are approximately: 35m * 22m.
