We present to your attention a developed family business in the heart of the historic town of Kalofer - a guest house for eco tourism close to many attractions, successfully operating since 2007. It is one of the first guesthouses in Kalofer – a historic town that is popular among Bulgarian and foreign tourists with its cultural heritage, as well as its beautiful nature. There are numerous eco trails starting from Kalofer to Botev peak (the highest peak in the Balkan Mountain), Rayskoto Praskalo waterfall (the highest waterfall on the Balkan Peninsula), the friary monastery next to the White River, etc. Kalofer is also the home town of one the Bulgarian most renowned poets and revolutionaries for freedom – Hristo Botev, as well as the place of the male ice horo dance in the Tundzha River.

The house has reinforced concrete-bricks structure. It consists of six rooms on three floors, a basement and three luxurious bathrooms on each floor. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub, the other two are with shower boxes. There are three individual rooms, a studio and a loft apartment in different colours:
• Double room with extra bed - includes a double bed plus a single bed; room capacity: up to 3 people or two adults with a child;
• Double room with a sofa - includes a double bed and a sofa, room capacity: 2 adults;
• Top-roof apartment in purple with a large double bed, twin beds and a sofa. The apartment has two rooms, private bathroom, and a refrigerator (capacity: 7-10 people);
• Studio in orange – it has a double bed and two single beds (capacity: up to 4 people). The studio is fitted with a kitchenette and a bathroom.

The total capacity of the house is up to 20 people. The property is wired for cable TV and Wi-Fi Internet.

The living room has a fireplace with a combustion chamber, local heating with pellets, copper pipes and aluminum radiators. The house has solar panel, connected to the heating system.

The property includes a tavern built of wood - a masterpiece of the carpenters of Kalofer, with stone outside and an open fireplace inside. The tavern has warm connection with a separate room - kitchen with professional restaurant equipment. Above the kitchen there is an outdoor veranda overlooking the Botev peak and the memorial complex of Hristo Botev. In the courtyard there are auxiliary buildings used for products, wine, firewood and pellets storage. In addition, the yard has a gazebo with outdoor shed and an old stone fountain. The yard is planted with grass and flowers, with deckchairs and swing. Hhigh wall surrounds the property.

How to rent the property?
