5-storey family hotel with 35 rooms (studios), 2 suites, staff rooms, fitness, SPA center, bistro and outdoor swimming pool. The hotel was built in 2006, with an area of 279 sq.m., a total built-up area - 1483 sq.m. and plot of land - 999 sq.m.
The hotel is set in Kokalu area, about 150 m from the beach, 100 m to a bus stop, facing the road Ravda-Nesebar. The area has fully developed engineering infrastructure and is easily accessible by car. The area is built mainly with new low- and mid-rise buildings and for holiday properties.
The hotel consists of a basement floor, a ground floor, two standard hotel floors, a terrace floor and an attic. The basement consists of a gym and a sauna room, a dressing room with a bathroom and toilet, a service room, storage rooms, a chambermaid office, a kitchenette with toilet, a service room with pump-filter installation for the swimming pool, a boiler room, a hallway and staircases. The construction of the building is with reinforced concrete, mixed - beamless, partially with beams. The walls are made of three layers: Ytong blocks with a thickness of 30 cm. The Baumit exterior plaster has protective and decorative functions. The roof is a combination of flat reinforced concrete and sloping, covered with tiles. The vertical communication is through a reinforced concrete staircase and a passenger lift.
The window frames are plastic, with glazing. The finishing works in the interior are as follows: floors - in the common parts of the ground and basement floors - with granite tiles; others - carpets in the hotel rooms. The walls are plastered and painted in the common parts, and the hotel rooms - with wallpapers. There are decorative elements of stone and wood in the common parts and the restaurant. In sanitary units and warehouses - with smooth faience tiles to the ceiling. The common areas and the hallways have suspended ceilings with built-in lighting. The balcony railings are finished with decorative elements and inox.
In the courtyard of the complex there is an outdoor swimming pool with adjoining solarium as well as a children's playground. The yard is surrounded by a solid fence on a concrete foundation.
