The pool has a glass roof made of lightweight metal construction, which makes it maximally illuminated during the day. As well as a ski storage area, a bar with storage, with a separate toilet and a separate door for receiving goods from the street and a manager's office.

The rooms are located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. The attic has office space for staff. The elevator serves 5 floors (restaurant, lobby bar and lounge, 1st, 2nd, 3rd floor with hotel rooms). The hotel is equipped with video surveillance and a security system.

The restaurant has its own entrance from the street, next to the hotel's main entrance. When placing tables in the courtyard outside in the summer, there is an exit for the waiter directly from the kitchen. Additionally, the pool's glass doors open onto the street to the patio, allowing hotel guests to sunbathe outside. To save electricity in the summer, solar panels can be used to heat water. In winter, the water is heated with boilers. It is also possible to heat water using electricity.

The number of rooms is after renovation. Fire resistant polyamide carpet in both rooms and corridor and waterproof PVC flooring in the corridor, wireless internet is provided on all floors and there are 2 routers per floor. Each room is equipped with a smoke detector and the hotel has a fire alarm.

For the convenience of guests, there are real fireplaces in the hotel's restaurant and lobby.

The restaurant is decorated in the national Bulgarian "Tavern" style - with a capacity of up to 80 seats and has a 3-star category. The lobby of the hotel has soft furniture for guests to relax and a bar with an official 3-star category. The capacity of the bar is up to 30 people.
