ISTRIA, LUPOGLAV - A ruin on a large plot in the heart of PP Učko
Lupoglav is located at the intersection of traffic roads, where the direction leading to the center of the peninsula separates from the direction Trieste - Rijeka. Today, it is the seat of a municipality that stretches all the way to the slopes of Učka and Ćićarija and south to Boljunski polje. The Učka Nature Park encompasses the mountain of the same name and part of the area of Ćićarija, and is located along the northern Adriatic coast at one of the northernmost points of the Mediterranean, connecting Istria and the continental part of Croatia.
