If a year ago, many turned their attention to overseas real estate markets, now properties in Russia once again enjoy a very high demand among local buyers. And this demand is fairly easy to explain. After all, a year earlier the cost of housing in Russia, especially house prices in the capital and in other major cities of the country, was much higher than in some warm European countries. And why going to rest on the sea far away, when you can buy a house or an apartment in Sochi, or a flat in Crimean Peninsula and to spend your vacation in any convenient time of the year in your homeland?
Of course, own property on the beach or in the mountains - great pleasure. Owners may always get additional benefits from this pleasure. Lodging in the resorts in Russia - it is liquid property that is able to protect the capital against inflation and crisis, and to increase the welfare of its respective proprietors. Property owners in the resorts, on the one hand, annually reduce their living expenses while on vacation, and from the other – they can always lease their apartments or houses in the mountains or on the sea and receive a good income.
Currently, among the buyers of real estate in Russia, the largest demand is, of course, the primary housing. Indeed, why buy secondary flats when in any Russian city can be purchased at very favorable terms a modern, high-quality new home from the builder. At the same time, many are investing in properties in the early excavation stages, thereby saving considerable funds on the difference in the commercial value of the same, but already placed in service.
Some are attracted by the lights and the huge prospects of large Russian cities, but others are looking for a solitary and quiet life in the villages. Both of them can quite simply purchase what they want. In many Russian regions, rural property can be bought or built at a very low price! In Russia, unlike other countries, the local buyer becomes not only the owner of the object, but also of the land plot!
