ISTRIA, POREČ - Well-established camp near Poreč
In a quiet place, only 20 km from Poreč and the beaches, this tourist camp is located in complete nature at the end of the construction zone. The camp has a total of ten mobile homes, eight of which consist of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a dining room and an open space kitchen, and a terrace overlooking the pool. The dining room opens onto a covered terrace with a view of the pool and the nature that surrounds the camp. Each mobile home has its own pool of 30 m2 in total.
Two mobile homes are set aside as a reception area and as a meeting place. Inside the camp, there is complete facilities for children, such as another separate children's pool, children's park, mini golf, basketball and table tennis.
The entire camp is heated by solar panels, and the houses are well built with complete insulation. And for hot summer days, they have built-in air conditioners.
The camp has been very well established for many years, and the new owner just gets involved and takes over the management of the camp.
