The property is located 1.2 km east of the village of Ravadinovo, about 4 km. from the town of Sozopol, 16 km. from Primorsko and near the Burgas-Sozopol-Primorsko road. The total area of the yard is 0.6 decares. It is supplied with water from the Yasna Polyana dam. An underground electricity distribution and water supply network has been built in the villa area.
