The well-equipped kitchen is joined by a balcony overlooking the gardens and the turquoise Adriatic. At the entrance there are stairs leading to the first floor where there are three bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a bar lounge, with a spacious balcony, which serves as a private space for fun and relaxation. From the ground floor, through the living room, there is access to the already mentioned balcony and the garden, which is decorated and equipped in detail. Through the sun deck, by the pool we come to the summer kitchen, a glazed tavern that contains everything for food preparation, dining and entertainment with various board games. In addition to the summer kitchen, there is also a section intended for children's entertainment with an equipped playground. It is worth mentioning that the spa area is located in the basement of the villa. In addition to the sauna, jacuzzi bath and gym, there are also auxiliary rooms for washing, drying and storage of textile equipment. Behind the house there is a large storage room with a toilet to maintain the whole house, pool and garden. At the pool, next to the covered terrace, there is a passage to the beach which is for use. Due to the location itself, the beach can only be accessed from the sea. On the beach there is a small pier where a boat can dock.
